Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

We do NOT offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. All purchases made on our website are FINAL.

Every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure there are no damages or defects. The saree delivered will be the exact same piece shown on our website. Our pictures are unedited and intended to represent colours and details as accurately as possible.

Note: Slight colour variations may occur due to:

  • Phone screen settings

  • Display variations

  • Lighting conditions

These WILL NOT be considered defects.

2. Unboxing Requirement

In rare and genuine cases, if there appears to be a concern with the product, the request may be reviewed ONLY IF a complete unboxing video is recorded and shared.

The video must:

  • Be recorded from BEFORE opening the package

  • Clearly show the ENTIRE unboxing process

  • Include the FULL saree being unfolded and displayed, along with the concern

WITHOUT a complete unboxing video, NO requests will be considered. All such cases will be reviewed at our sole discretion, and if deemed valid, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

3. Normal Product Characteristics

The following are NORMAL, EXPECTED, and WILL NOT be considered defects or reasons for return/exchange:

  • Small thread loops or knots

  • Zari threads visible on the reverse side of motifs

  • Colour blending/merging at body, pallu, or blouse joins

These are part of the natural structure of the weaving and design process.

4. Order Cancellations

NO cancellations are allowed once an order is placed.

5. Address & Delivery Responsibility

Orders will be shipped to the address and contact details provided at checkout. Customers are SOLELY responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including a valid contact number.

Please note:

  • Providing an international contact number for a domestic delivery may lead to delays or failed delivery attempts.

  • In such cases, updates after dispatch may NOT always be possible.

  • Any re-shipping, correction, or additional delivery charges must be borne by the customer.

6. Customer Acknowledgement

By placing an order, you confirm that you have:

  • READ and understood all product details

  • REVIEWED product videos carefully

  • AGREED to all store policies
