Domestic Shipping (Within India)
1. Serviceability We deliver across India. For locations not serviceable by our standard courier partners, we will automatically ship via Indian Postal Services. We use premium courier services to ensure your sarees arrive in the best condition.
2. Order Dispatch Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 working hours. During sale periods, dispatch may take an additional 2–3 days due to high order volumes. Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or unexpected delays.
3. Delivery Time Orders are usually delivered within 2–7 days across India from the date of placing the order. The actual delivery timeline may vary based on your location.
4. Shipping Charges: A flat ₹100 per Saree shipping charge applies to all orders across India. No additional shipping fees for remote locations.
5. Delivery Address & Reshipping Policy Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Ensure that your address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for failed delivery, and the customer must pay extra for reshipping.
6. Taxes and Duties Prices listed on our website include GST. Any additional charges such as Octroi or local taxes (if applicable in your region) will be borne by the customer.
7. Packaging All orders are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. By accepting the delivery, you acknowledge that the parcel was received securely.
8. Delivery Schedule Shipments are delivered Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Delivery is not available on public holidays and Sundays, though certain courier partners may deliver on Sundays in some locations.
International Shipping (Outside India)
1. Shipping Charges International shipping charges vary based on destination and parcel weight. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
2. Customs and Duties Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details on potential charges before placing your order.
3. Transit Insurance We do not provide transit insurance for international shipments. Customers who require insurance should arrange it independently.
4. Delivery Address & Reshipping Policy Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for failed delivery or for the products.
5. Unclaimed Deliveries If a customer fails to accept or claim a delivery, Srisurabi will not be liable for any refunds.
6. Delivery Time International deliveries typically take 5 to 15 working days. Customs processing or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond our control.
